2021 WEDDING DRESS TRENDS

HERE'S OUR SELECTION OF 2021 WEDDING DRESS TRENDS WE ARE LOVING RIGHT NOW.

YSL said: fashions fade, style is eternal.

And I couldn't agree more. So here's my mini edit of 2021 bridal looks that hit the trends on the head while retaining the timeless chic feel.

EXAGGERATED RUFFLES

Why do we love this look?

It's a contemporary and much more sophisticated take on a princess look. While the volume gives it a romantic and redefined traditional feel, the exaggerated ruffles add drama to the silhouette.

STATEMENT BOWS

Sometimes one, well-designed element can make the whole look. A statement bow like this one creates beautiful, dramatic lines and adds movement to the otherwise minimalistic look.

VOLUMINOUS SLEEVES

If Princess Diana were to get married in 2021, I'd imagine her wearing this dress. This bridal look is bold. It's a showstopper. That is a perfect choice for a bride that wants her entrance to have an extra oomph moment.

CHIC SUIT

There is something incredibly feminine and sexy about a bride wearing a suit. It's structural, sartorial and très chic. Somehow this look is equally avant-garde and timeless. This is what I expect Scandinavian fashion blogs to rave about in the coming months.

SLIP DRESS

This one is hardly new, but why try and reinvent the wheel? Gorgeous in its simplicity, this simple slip wedding dress is a classic choice any bride could rock. It's a fine example of a white canvas type of bridal look - depending on the accessories it can go anywhere from minimalistic, to over the top.

THE KNOT

The only other knot you'll want to tie on that day. This whimsical structure ties two fabrics together and adds a soft, romantic touch this sophisticated silhouette.

SHORT STORY

This look is fun, sexy and even a little bit rock'n'roll. However, the subtle feather finish, when styled well it can become the chicest look. This is the kind of look I would see Zoe Kravitz rock if she was getting married in 2021.

SHEROS WEAR CAPES

This is the 2021 alternative for a veil. It's chic, it's powerful, it makes a statement. For those who like to wish to approach tradition in their own, unique way.

BEADED WORK

They say it's all in the details, and we at ATB oh so love to see these details take over in a dramatic way. The romantic marie sleeves made of delicate, sheer tulle soften the giving the is gorgeous dress an almost angelic feel.

Whichever look you choose, always remember what Yves Saint Laurent said:

Over the years, I have learned that what is important in a dress is the woman who is wearing it.

It would be a shame to have a dress and not have the wedding where it could really shine...

I can't wait to hear from you!
